The following was again before the House in third reading: HOUSE BILL NO. 114 "An Act repealing the prohibition against the taking of antlerless moose." Representative Dyson moved and asked unanimous consent that the reconsideration of HB 114 be held to the April 12, 1999, calendar. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HB 114 pass the House?"
